No Returns or Refunds
Due to the handmade, personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final once the order has been confirmed.
Exchanges
We understand that sizing or quality concerns may occasionally arise. In such cases, exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unworn and in original condition.
The issue pertains to sizing or craftsmanship and is mutually agreed upon by both the buyer and seller.
If an exchange is approved, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
Costumes take 3-4 days to construct, and 3-5 days on average to arrive after shipped.

Buyer pays for shipping for new orders and exchanges by customer request. We will pay for shipping for exchanges needed by errors on our part.
To ensure that your costume meets the 501st guidelines when being constructed for you, please provide the following measurements:
Height
Weight
End of shoulder to knuckles (hold your arm extended to the side when measuring)
Neck to floor length
Chest circumference
Waist circumference
Bicep circumference
Shoulder to shoulder (measured from back)
Hat size (S, M, L? estimate helps when sewing hoods)
Shoe size (size #, please specify m or f sizing)
