Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! Every costume is handcrafted with care and shipped as soon as it’s complete. Please review the following shipping details before placing your order:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Once your item is finished and packaged, it will be handed over to the postal carrier for delivery.

  • Please note: Once the package is with the carrier, shipping delays, damages, or lost items are beyond our control.

  • If, in the rare event, your package does not arrive, and it is confirmed as lost by the courier, a full refund will be offered.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide!

  • Live tracking may not be available for all international destinations.

  • Delivery times are based on the estimated date provided by the courier at the time of shipment.

  • Customs delays or country-specific issues may occasionally affect delivery times.

Additional Notes

  • All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package size.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Each of our costumes is custom made to order with great care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the handmade, personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final once the order has been confirmed.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing or quality concerns may occasionally arise. In such cases, exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unworn and in original condition.

  • The issue pertains to sizing or craftsmanship and is mutually agreed upon by both the buyer and seller.

If an exchange is approved, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
