No Returns or Refunds
Due to the handmade, personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final once the order has been confirmed.
Exchanges
We understand that sizing or quality concerns may occasionally arise. In such cases, exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

The item is unworn and in original condition.

The issue pertains to sizing or craftsmanship and is mutually agreed upon by both the buyer and seller.
If an exchange is approved, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.
